The procedure as:
1. Sending your PDA unit without external battery/memory card/stylus to us as this address:

Enclosed please find a note written your name , address , tel. no. , Email address. This shipment paid by yourself.
2.After getting your PDA, we upgrade the ram and test. It takes about one day only. Then we send your PDA picture which showing the ram have been upgraded and tell you to pay the total amount through PayPal to service@palm-center.com.
3. After having received your payment, we return your PDA to you through EMS at once. Meanwhile, we let you know the tracking number of shipment by email. Generally, you get your PDA. in 4-7 days. For further information, content us at pda@palm-center.com
** Most of the internal batteries were out of order of Dell x51/x51v, they can't be recharged.That means if you take out the external battery just for 10 seconds, the PDA time and date which appeared on the display will come back to 12:00:00 AM ,July 01,2005. but the data will not be lost. We provide service for replacing internal battery, just extra HK$90 for replacing a new one at same time. Please let me know if you need it.
